This is a custom reproduction of Cloud Strife’s Buster Sword from the FFVII game series. Constructed primarily from Aluminum the sword is cut from 1/8″ sheet, welded together with internal bracing, filled with foam to help prevent internal rattling, then ground and sanded to a smooth finish with textured painting added to finish the product.
It is approximately 6′-3″ from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle and weighs approximately 21 lbs. The blade is 10″ wide and 1.5″ thick with a battle worn roughness to it.
The handle, which is welded securely into the blade and re-enforced with a steel insert, is wrapped in a basket weave pattern with genuine red leather. The handle diameter is 1-1/8″.
Steel rivets are used in the hand guard. Pommel is made from aluminum.
Two pieces of 30 mm glass Materia are included with each order. Color choice is up to you and can be noted at the time of purchase.
Variations may be excepted but also may be subject to extra charges if they are too far from the initial design.
